Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Jayco Disposal, Inc. ("Company") , to its customers ("Customer"). By using Jayco Disposal, Inc.’s services, the Customer agrees to these Terms.
Electronic Communications Policy
Customers agree to receive electronic communications from Jayco Disposal, Inc. regarding any services received and any charges accrued. If paying online, you agree to electronically authorize payment for your Jayco Disposal, Inc. account, and you agree to receive electronic communications with respect to such payments. Jayco Disposal, Inc. may communicate with you with respect to such services, charges, or payments by (a) sending email to the email address already specified by you for your Jayco Disposal, Inc. account, or (b) posting notices or communications to your Jayco Disposal, Inc. interface, or (c) communication via phone/text messaging. These electronic communications shall be considered to be in writing.
You may contact Jayco Disposal, Inc. to update your contact information used for these electronic communications or to withdraw consent to receive electronic communications, but Jayco Disposal, Inc. reserves the right to terminate your use of the services if you withdraw your consent. Please note that Jayco Disposal, Inc., does not provide paper copies of electronic communications, invoices or receipts of payment.
Bank Account Setup
Customers authorize Jayco Disposal, Inc. to credit a small dollar amount to the above registered bank account ("Payment Account") if needed to confirm electronic access and verify your identity. This Authorization will remain in effect until you designate an alternative form of payment on the Jayco Disposal, Inc. website, or you cancel your participation in Jayco Disposal, Inc. services, and Jayco Disposal, Inc. has a reasonable period of time to act on that designation or cancellation. You also authorize Jayco Disposal, Inc. to initiate a charge or credit to your Payment Account to correct any under-payment or error in a previous charge to your Payment Account. If you have signed up for Autopay, you authorize Jayco Disposal, Inc. to initiate a charge each billing period to your Payment Account. The periodic charge to your Payment Account will be for all fees and charges (including any non-sufficient funds fees, late fees, failed bank transaction fees, and/or any other fees) incurred by you in connection with Jayco Disposal, Inc. in the relevant billing period. Currently, there is a failed bank transaction fee/payment decline fee of $5.00 for any failed bank transactions or payment for any reason. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide the foregoing authorization to initiate charges to the above registered Payment Account.
BY CONTINUING, YOU AGREE TO:
(1) I AUTHORIZE JAYCO DISPOSAL, INC. TO INITIATE CHARGES TO MY REGISTERED PAYMENT ACCOUNT/METHOD IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THE PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION; AND
(2) I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS ACTION CONSTITUTES MY ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE ON, AND AGREEMENT TO, THE PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION.
Anti-Harassment Policy
Customers acknowledge and agree that every individual deserves dignity, respect, and fair treatment. Jayco Disposal, Inc. is committed to maintaining a work environment free from discrimination and harassment. Discrimination or harassment by any employee, union representative, or customer is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
Harassment is defined as any unsolicited, unwelcome, disrespectful, or offensive behavior. Any act of discrimination or harassment will result in Jayco Disposal, Inc.’s right to the immediate cancellation of services, forfeiture of any potential refund, and cessation of further communication with Jayco Disposal, Inc., unless deemed necessary by Jayco Disposal, Inc.
Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or use our services. We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding it. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register an account, make a purchase, contact us, or participate in our surveys or promotions. This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, payment information, and other details that you choose to share with us. We use your personal information for various purposes, such as to process your orders, communicate with you, provide customer service, delivery of property (dumpster/trash cans/etc.) improve our website and services, personalize your experience, analyze our performance, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to protect our rights and interests. We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our website and services, such as hosting, payment processing, analytics, marketing, and security. These service providers may have access to your personal information only to perform their tasks on our behalf and under our instructions. We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and indicating the date of revision. Your continued use of our website or services after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We use Trashbilling/Square for payments and other services. If you wish to use one of these services and pay on our website, Trashbilling may collect the personal data you provide, such as payment and other identifying information. Trashbilling uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us and others, including for fraud detection, harm and loss prevention, authentication, analytics related to the performance of its services, and to comply with applicable legal requirements. The processing of this information will be subject to Trashbilling’s privacy policy at https://www.trashbilling.com/privacy.php#:~:text=TrashBilling.com%20will%20not%20sell,as%20described%20in%20this%20policy.
Weekly Curbside Pickup
Your trash collection service includes (a) a weekly collection of a set number of bags listed at sign up and on your invoice, (b) a weekly collection of a specific allotted amount based on the can size customer selects upon sign up and on your invoice. (a) Thirteen or Fifteen gallon bags are regarded as the same size and should not exceed a weight of ten pounds per bag. Thirty gallon bags should not exceed a weight of twenty pounds per bag. Contractors bags should not exceed a weight of thirty pounds per bag. Excessive bag weight will result in a possible non collection if too heavy. Reference Products section of website under Pay My Bill/Extra Bags section for current pricing. Bags must be placed at the curb or within 3 feet (1 meter) of your municipal road unobstructed from vehicles, mailboxes or any other objects. Bags may be placed within a trash bin of your choosing or provided by Jayco Disposal, Inc.. Bags must only contain Municipal Solid Waste or Recycling products. Any other materials such as Construction Debris, Yard Waste, etc. may not be taken. A list of prohibited materials can be found under the Prohibited Materials/Restricted Items section of these Terms and Conditions, and are highlighted on our Trash Removal Guidelines upon inquiry/signup. Jayco Disposal, Inc. specifically services municipal roads. Any non-municipal roads, dirt roads, or if your mailbox is at a separate location than your house or driveway may not be eligible for this service or may require an additional fee. Weight limits are 10 lbs per 13gal/15gal bag, 20 lbs per 30gal bag, and 30 lbs per contractors bag. (b) Details regarding trash can allotted amount may be found in Trash Can Policy below. Provided trash bins may take up to two weeks to be delivered.
Trash Can/Bin/Toter Usage Policy
Jayco Disposal, Inc. provides customers with either a 96-gallon or 64-gallon trash can for use as part of our waste collection services. Customers must ensure that all waste is securely bagged and fits within the provided trash can with the lid mostly closed, leaving no more than a 3-inch gap. Trash cans should be placed curbside at the very end of the driveway where it meets the municipal road or at a location agreed upon with Jayco Disposal, Inc. Trash cans must follow the guidelines, and description on sticker placed on can (Trash cans must not be tied shut/bungeed/etc., must be positioned where the lid opening faces the road, must be placed at the curb or within 3 feet (1 meter) of your municipal road unobstructed from vehicles, mailboxes or any other objects, etc). Any garbage exceeding the allotted amount, such as items stacked on top of or placed next to the trash can, will result in overage charges. To maintain safety and efficiency, customers are prohibited from using bungee cords or other methods to tie down the trash can lid. Additionally, no prohibited or restricted items may be placed in the trash can or included with garbage for collection. By adhering to these guidelines, customers help ensure smooth service and avoid potential issues such as additional fees, service suspension, or other actions deemed necessary by Jayco.
Trash Can/Bin/Toter Additional Information
If a Jayco Disposal, Inc. provided trash bin(s) are lost or stolen you will be charged the purchase price of the trash bin(s). Any damages incurred to trash bin(s) caused by Jayco Disposal, inc. will be addressed and fixed/replaced Jayco Disposal, Inc.
If your Jayco Disposal, Inc. provided trash bin(s) are not returned to Jayco Disposal, Inc. in the original state they were given to you, you will be charged the purchase price of the trash bin(s). Jayco Disposal will retrieve your provided can upon cancellation of service, or termination of service. If we are unable to retrieve the trash bin(s) after 2 attempts, you will be charged the purchase price of the trash bin(s). (Minimum $100.00)
As mentioned in Trash Can/Bin/Toter Usage Policy provided above, for all plans that include trash bin(s), all trash and/or recycling must be contained within the trash bin(s) included with your plan, the lid must be mostly closeable (within 3in) to avoid possible overage fees. Anything outside of bins will be taken (as long as they follow the guidelines) will be subject to normal overage fees.
Trash bins must not exceed 100 pounds or else the trash bin will likely break. Trash bins must be within 3 feet (1 meter) of the curb on your designated pickup day to guarantee collection unless you have drive-down service in which case access to the trash bin(s) must be clear of debris and objects, and unobstructed by vehicles or any other objects so that the driver can drive within 3 feet (1 meter) of the trash bin(s) unless agreed upon in advance.
Extra Trash
For extra bags beyond your plan, the cost will be charged to your account based on the bag size/cardboard amount at our current rates. (a) Bag Count service must notify us ahead of time for any excess trash beyond your designated plan to guarantee pick up. The ability to pay for extra bags in advance is available on our website at www.jaycodisposal.comunder the tab “Pay My Bill/Extra Bags”. Extra bags must be paid for in advance (no later than 2:45PM the day prior to your service day). All extra bags purchased after 2:45PM the day prior to your service will run the risk of being left. (b) Trash Can Service will have all overages that follow the guidelines collected, and customer will be billed afterwards. Customers set up on autopay will have their payment method automatically charged for overages. The cost of anything not considered household waste (Ex: Request for removal of mattress, small chair, etc.) will be reviewed and determined based on weight and size, and may not be taken if Jayco Disposal, Inc is contacted prior to pick up. Jayco Disposal reserves the right to reject any non-household items. All bags must be tied closed and must not be falling apart (can be an issue with paper bags). Extra bags/Cardboard beyond your plan they will be charged as follows to your account: 13gal/15gal/30Gal bag: $3.50 each, contractors bag: $6.00 each. (Accurate as of 01/15/2025)
Drive-Down/Custom Service
To receive this custom service, an additional fee is required and established by Jayco Disposal, Inc. during sign-up or when inquiring. Your driveway must be large enough to accommodate Jayco Disposal, Inc.'s vehicles, with sufficient horizontal and vertical clearance unless agreed upon otherwise in advance. The vehicles must be able to approach within one meter of your trash without obstruction, including by other vehicles unless agreed upon otherwise in advance. Additionally, your driveway must remain accessible during inclement weather, which includes (but not limited to) being properly treated with salt and sand and cleared of ice and snow.
Jayco Disposal, Inc. is not responsible for any damage caused by its vehicles, including but not limited to fluid leaks, leakage from items customer places in can(s), or lawn/driveway damage. Drive-down service is available only for driveways that are no more than a quarter mile from the nearest accessible road, deemed acceptable by Jayco Disposal, Inc. For distances exceeding a quarter mile, this service may be unavailable or subject to additional charges.
Jayco Disposal, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or terminate this service for any customer at any time and for any reason.
Weather/Holiday/Etc.
Weekly Bag Count/Trash Can Pickup: If service is delayed by one day due to inclement weather and road conditions remain unserviceable for a second day, affected customers will be allowed the equivalent of two pickups on their next scheduled service day at no additional charge.
Dumpster Service Pickup:If a pickup cannot be completed during the scheduled week, any overages will be collected on the next scheduled service day at no additional charge.
Summer Beach Services (This service may be subject to specific eligibility criteria or geographic restrictions)
Summer Beach Customers are required to place their trash containers out for collection on a weekly basis. Recycling separation is not performed, and all waste must be contained in securely tied trash bags. It is permissible to combine trash and recyclables within the same tied trash bag. Cardboard must either be placed in trash bags or be broken down and securely bound with tape. Each customer is allotted up to 90 gallons of waste per service day, which equates to no more than three 30-gallon bags or seven typical 13-gallon kitchen bags. Contractor bags, bags exceeding 30 gallons, and bags smaller than 13 gallons will not be accepted. To ensure proper collection, trash must be placed out the night before the scheduled pick-up, as collection crews begin early and are only able to visit each address once. All waste should be placed at the far end of the customer’s driveway where it meets the city road, unless specified in advance. To receive Drive-down/custom service, an additional fee is required and established by Jayco Disposal, Inc. during sign-up or when inquiring. Customer will be required to follow the requirements permitted in the “Drive-down/Custom Service” section provided above.
Customers failing to comply with these guidelines may risk non-collection of their trash. Waste should not be placed behind or adjacent to parked vehicles or mailboxes, as the drivers will not collect trash from those locations. For customers on 1x/week service, overages will not be accepted. For 2x/week service customers, overages will be accepted, and the customer will be invoiced for any additional waste on the day it is collected. Jayco Disposal, Inc. does not offer a Saturday Only pickup.
Payment for the entire season is due prior to the first scheduled pickup with Jayco Disposal, Inc. Due to the structure of our system, all service end dates are established to coincide with the conclusion of your final month of service. This setup is specifically designed for billing purposes, the creation and maintenance of our routes, and to ensure accuracy and prevent any mistakes or missed pickups.
Proration
When you sign up for service your first invoice will be adjusted based on the number of weeks you will receive service. The algorithm used to calculate the prorated amount for quarterly billing is as follows: Prorated Amount = Weekly Rate x Weeks remaining in the Quarter. The algorithm used to calculate the prorated amount for monthly billing is as follows: Prorated Amount = Weekly Rate x Weeks remaining in the Month.
Payments
You authorize Jayco Disposal, Inc. to initiate a charge or credit to your Payment Account to correct any under-payment or error in a previous charge to your Payment Account. If you have signed up for Autopay, you authorize Jayco Disposal, Inc. to initiate a charge each billing period to your Payment Account. The periodic charge to your Payment Account will be for all fees and charges (including any non-sufficient funds fees, late fees, failed bank transaction fees, and/or any other fees) incurred by you in connection with Jayco Disposal, Inc. in the relevant billing period.
Currently, there is a failed bank transaction/payment decline fee of $5.00 for any failed bank transactions/payment decline for any reason. If there is a dispute, also referred to as a chargeback, with a transaction, there is a dispute fee of $25.00. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide the foregoing authorization to initiate charges to the above registered Payment Account. This Authorization will remain in effect until you designate an alternative form of payment on the Jayco Disposal, Inc. website, or you cancel your participation in Jayco Disposal, Inc., and Jayco Disposal, Inc. has a reasonable period of time to act on that designation or cancellation. Jayco Disposal, Inc. reserves the right to charge any payment method for any overdue balance at any time. If payment is not received within 2 weeks of the start of your earliest invoice, services may be interrupted. If services are interrupted you will be sent a suspension notice.
Jayco will not accept physical check or Bill Pay check payments for service(s). Customer is required to submit payment through our software system (Trashbilling) to ensure that their account is up to date.
Cancellation of Services
You must notify Jayco Disposal, Inc. via email or phone call at least 2 weeks before the date you would like to cancel services to guarantee not being charged for said services. Non-payment of services will not be considered a valid form of cancellation, and you will still be held responsible for services charged to your Account. Jayco Disposal, Inc. reserves the right to cancel services at any time if a customer does not follow the terms and conditions as stated. Jayco Disposal, Inc. reserves the right to cancel services at any time if a customer commits any form of harassment. Jayco Disposal, Inc. reserves the right to cancel services at any time for any other reasons deemed valid by Jayco Disposal, Inc.. When cancelling service your final bill will be calculated via proration based on the number of weeks you receive service. (Accounts associated with our Summer Service will require payment for the entire final month of service) The algorithm used to calculate the prorated amount for quarterly billing is as follows: Prorated Amount = Weekly Rate x Weeks service was received in the Quarter. The algorithm used to calculate the prorated amount for monthly billing is as follows: Prorated Amount = Weekly Rate x Weeks service was received Month already paid. For annual plans, current dumpster plans and trash bin plans, we ask that you inform the office at minimum (2) weeks in advance to your final pickup as a courtesy.
Refunds
Refunds may be received by request for any services not yet provided. Any bank fees (chargeback fees, etc.) incurred will be responsible by the customer and will be charged to your account. Termination of services due to noncompliance of terms and condition are not eligible for refunds. Jayco Disposal, Inc. reserves the right to withhold funds for any other reasons deemed valid by Jayco Disposal, Inc.
Late fees and Collection fees
A late fee of $20.00 will be charged to your account for invoices that are past due. For quarterly payment customers: if an invoice is unpaid 30 Days into the quarter, your account will be considered a “No Notice Cancel” , and service will be terminated and turned over for collection. For monthly payment customers: if an invoice is unpaid 30 Days into the month, your account will be considered a “No Notice Cancel” , and service will be terminated and turned over for collection
Safety Guidelines
Safety is important, and a top priority for Jayco Disposal, Inc. Keep your crew safe by reviewing the dumpster safety rules below and posting these at your location. Appoint a crew member as a dumpster-captain, to help share the daily responsibility of managing a dumpster.
By following these guidelines, you can help ensure the safe and efficient use of dumpsters while minimizing risks.
Long Term Dumpsters
Dumpsters should not be filled beyond their capacity meaning lids should be able to be fully closed. Going over can, at a minimum, cause you to incur charges. If you are overfilled, you may be expected to empty a portion of your dumpster and/or incur additional overage charges. If you are noticing your dumpster is filling faster or more than expected, please Contact Us to schedule an extra pickup. Prohibited materials for your dumpster are listed under the Prohibited Materials/Restricted Items section of the Terms and Conditions. Any necessary City or Neighborhood Permits are your responsibility to acquire ahead of time and are not the responsibility of Jayco Disposal, Inc.
The recommended guidelines for servicing your dumpster are listed in the Terms and Conditions under Servicing your Dumpster. Jayco Disposal, Inc. will not take responsibility nor liability for any injury incurred by you when loading, unloading or doing anything in or near the dumpster. Jayco Disposal, Inc. will not take responsibility nor liability for any damages incurred by our vehicles including but not limited to liquids leaked from our vehicles, leakage from items customer places in dumpster, or lawn damage. Any damage done to the dumpster will be your responsibility, and you will be liable for cost of said damages including but not limited to cost of repairs or replacement.
A Switch-out Fee will be applied if the agreed upon dumpster is delivered, and a request for the removal of said dumpster/the delivery of a different sizeed dumpster or can service is required. There may be a moving fee of $100.00 if the dumpster needs to be moved to a new location.
Drive-down Service is included with your dumpster, therefore all rules applying to drive-down service apply to dumpsters, see Drive-Down Service section for more details. 2YD Dumpsters may optionally have wheels/casters added to the dumpster before delivery at no additional charge. There is an optional Pull/Push Service for 2YD Dumpsters to be moved in and out of an area by our drivers for an extra charge established upon signup. The area must be a packed/paved flat level surface and the dumpster should not need to be moved more than 10ft and have no obstructions. Additional charges may apply if requirements are not met, along with possibility of no pickup and/or termination of services.
Servicing your Dumpster
Steps you can take to ensure you are serviced on your pickup day:
If we are unable to service your dumpster for any reason, please contact us to schedule another pickup. If you need to change or cancel a scheduled pickup, please contact us at minimum 24 hours in advance.
Prohibited Materials/Restricted Items
Hazardous materials are prohibited for disposal through your weekly curbside pickup service or through your dumpster service. Any prohibited materials placed with your garbage on pickup will put you at risk for termination. Jayco Disposal, Inc. reserves the right to terminate service immediately if any restricted or prohibited items are found in your garbage.

By using the services provided by Jayco Disposal, Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. Non-compliance may result in service suspension, termination, or other applicable actions as outlined above.
