Jayco Disposal is a garbage collection/waste disposal company that provides reliable and efficient waste management services to residential and commercial customers.
If you believe your stop was missed, or extra bags were not taken, please send us an email (quickest response time: office@jaycodisposal.com), or give the office a call so we can address this issue directly. We will reach out to the driver on your route, and review your stop in our system to determine if we had mistakenly missed your stop, or if your trash was not out during the time the driver serviced your stop. Our drivers start their route early, so we highly encourage our customers to put their trash out the night prior to their service day to guarantee pickup.
Other reasons your trash may not have been taken are if your trash was not curbside (at the very end of your driveway where it meets the city street), or if you tried to dispose of restricted items that are not permitted with our service. Bags may also be left at your stop if extra bags were not purchased ahead of your pick-up day and you are not on our 64/96Gal toter system.
Anything that does not fit inside your can (with the lid mostly closed) is considered an overage. With the 96/64Gal can service, we take all overages and charge your payment method on file afterwards. This way you are not left with any trash at your property on pickup day. You will receive a receipt in your email when payment is taken/received!
Customers who have not yet transitioned to our 64/96Gal can service are required to pay for extra bags in advance. Extra bags can be purchased directly through our website ("Pay/Extra Bags" tab) by 3:00PM the day prior to your service day. This ensures that the driver is accounting for your overages, and are guaranteed to be picked up.
We ask that any cardboard that does not fit in a tied trash bag be broken down flat and bound together with tape. You can place the cardboard directly in your 64/96Gal Jayco toter for pickup day to avoid any overage fees.
The 64Gal Toter can hold approximately (2) 30Gal bags or (5) 13Gal kitchen bags.
The 96Gal Toter can hold approximately (3) 30Gal bags or (7+) 13Gal kitchen bags.
Please note: The amount that fits in your can can be dependent on how full the bags that you are disposing of are. Please refer to the "Residential" tab in our menu for the dimensions of our cans)

We unfortunately do not offer a military discount at this time as we strive to keep the lowest and most reasonable prices for all our customers. We proudly employ military families as well as make donations each year to an agreed upon organization/foundation that supports our country's service members and their families.

Yes! We offer once/week, and twice/week (dependent on service address) services for our summer customers! Please contact us at summer@jaycodisposal.com to discover if you are eligible for twice/week services. We do hit capacity for our summer route, so we highly encourage our customers to reach out in advance to guarantee a spot on our route as it is first come, first served!
Please note: We do not offer Saturday only pick-up.
We do our best to keep your property, and the community, as clean as possible while servicing each stop. Loose trash is at risk of being blown around/out of the truck while being serviced depending on which truck services your stop.

We accept checking account (preferred), credit card, or debit card payments through trashbilling. (Invoices are sent to your email which will prompt you to pay right online through your account! Or you are always welcome to call the office for assistance)

MAKING A PAYMENT:
Step 01: Log into your account (you can access the log in through your invoice in your email – there is a “Click Here” link in the middle of your invoice)
Step 02: Insert the password (you will create this the first time you log in)
Step 03: Click on the “Make A Payment” button in the middle of the screen to
Step 04: Insert your Routing Number and Account Number, or credit/debit card information and complete task by clicking the button “Use Bank Account”, or “Make Payment of Amount Above” and payment will go through! (A payment method placed on file is required for our can/dumpster services)
Step 05: If payment submission is successful – you will receive a receipt for payment to your email!
If you did not received any receipts/invoices please check your spam/junk folder as a few of our customers have mentioned that based on their email security it was pushed there! You should receive it from “Netcomm.TrashBilling/Jayco”. If you do not see it in either your inbox or spam/junk folder please contact us and we will problem solve this issue!

We offer long-term dumpster service (consistent weekly/bi-weekly service). We do not offer roll-off/short-term dumpster service.

ENSURE PICKUP:
To ensure pickup, we highly encourage our customers to put their garbage out the night prior to guarantee you do not miss your service.
ALLOW FOR ACCESSIBILITY:
Please allow for clearance on all sides of the contains (between container and other containers, mailboxes, cable boxes, vehicles, etc.)
